A minimalist, zero-energy storage system for fruits and vegetables created by Jihyun Ryou. Probably not suitable for the Minivan Set, but for those with a palate for simple living and slow food, this seems faultless.(thanks for the suggestion andra)

I love this video on product storage, being an avid gardener I know of keeping carrots in sand (as well as potatoes) to keep them fresher for longer... the evaporative cooling technique with a small amount of water for the vegetables is really, really clever! Thanks.
