Hey I posted about this on my blog Purple Carrots and Fairy Smoke. I tried it out. If the bottle cap is big enough and the plastic bag thin enough, it works well enough.
For kids it is awesome.....
Hmmm. Wouldn't it be easier to just store the beans (or whatever that is) in the bottle? And no chance of tearing the plastic.
