Tiny Living
I am a big fan of fort-like living.
I spent a good deal of my time as a kid setting up the perfect house/fort/under-table studio for my dolls/Barbies/New Kids on the Block action figures... but when all of their bits were organized and the interior decor was set up, i didn't fancy playing any more... a gleeful store-er at age 4.
This micro home (made from scavenged wood) is very cute. Check out the full slide show via the link below.

A wee bit obsessed with this lovely little brand. The Good Flock make charming (a.k.a. not neoprene), hand-made cases for your Apple devices (and they have the cutest logo to boot!).

while this is a little bit 'look, i reused something', it's also kinda cute... maybe a good kids craft.

Martha says that you can protect your grains from unwanted visitors by adding dried chilies or bay leaf to your jars.

One Love, One Hate
Love: the multi-storage of TP... put the whole bag up at once and forget about it. Great
Hate: having to reach over my head, or stand up each time I need some squares. Thumbs down.

but i came across these vintage-looking pharmacy bottles at Restoration Hardware, and while i'm not normally one to post about big brand purchases, I am absolutely enamoured by these... but which style to buy? frosted? clear? amber?

use a cheap magnetic knife holder to store your tot's toys (or your own very-adult, vintage collection).

Martha on Sheet Storage
Yes, storing your sheet sets in their own pillow cases is a nice idea, however i'm not sure i'd be able to stretch my care-meter to accommodate the added time it would require for me to make something look that nice.

Hanging shelf
Given the small size of this image i can't quite tell how i would replicate this charming shelf. I guess i'll just have to go to Superette in person... in Cape Town.
